Blibli is committed to transforming into a positive force that has a positive impact on customers, partners, employees, the environment and wider society, as well as supporting [[Sustainable Development Goals]] (SGDs). Through Blibli Tiket ACTION-- Sustainability Program from Blibli Tiket Group, Blibli integrates ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) in daily operations and prioritizes six materiality focuses in implementing its sustainability strategy, namely resource use, waste management, emissions reduction, training and development, community relations, and governance and privacy.

Blibli focuses on reducing emissions by using an internal electricity-based fleet (BES Package), reusing packaging waste, and using environmentally friendly materials (100% certified recyclable cardboard packaging). Blibli converts 10 used packages into one tree, and recycles operational waste into new products that are sold on their platform. In the social aspect, Blibli holds training for employees and communities, as well as empowering MSMEs through programs such as Local Fighters. Blibli also emphasizes business ethics, compliance and safe data management.

In 2023, Blibli will hold the 2023 Steps to Earth Festival (LMF). Carrying the big theme "One Action, One Earth" which represents the power of ecosystems against climate change, this festival is a "melting pot" that brings together 130 actors. industry, ecopreneurs, and environmental activists to inspire more sustainable behavior changes among 5,000 visitors through 9 talk shows, 4 ecopreneur business pitches, and 7 workshops.
