Beltel was the name and Trademark used by Telkom for its Videotext system from the mid eighties up to 1999. The system utilised telephone lines and modems connected to Personal Computers or dedicated terminals which had built in modems and no processing functionality. Telkom's dedicated terminal was name the Minitel. You must add a |reason= parameter to this Cleanup template – replace it with {{Cleanup|reason=<Fill reason here>}}, or remove the Cleanup template.
