Jamal Yagoobi

Jamal Seyed Yagoobi is a George I. Alden Professor at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts. He was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2014[1] for contributions to electrohydrodynamics.

Yagoobi obtained BS in mechanical engineering from Sharif University of Technology in Tehran, Iran in 1978. He then immigrated to the United States, where he attended University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign, graduating with MS and Ph.D. in the same field in 1981 and 1984 respectively.[2]
