Kiyosato (清里村; -mura) was a village located in Nakakubiki District, Niigata, Japan.

On January 1, 2005, the village was absorbed into the expanded city of Jōetsu. Upon the merger, Kiyosato-mura, the village, became Kiyosato-ku (清里区), the ward.

As of 2003, the village had an estimated population of 3,215 and a density of 85.64 persons per km². The total area was 37.54 km².
