Ketchapp is a game publishing company that has created 56 iOS games. They gained fame in 2014 when their game 2048 became immensely popular. Shortly thereafter, games such as Circle, Don't Touch the Spikes and ZigZag gained fame, likely due in part to the success of 2048.

History

Ketchapp was founded in 2014 by Amaan Al Mir. It was founded in January 28 2014. He gained popularity in February 2014, when he released 2048. The game was developed by Ketchapp and submitted to the app publishing company. Soon afterwards, many of his games reached the top of the charts. Zigzag in particular became one of the best-selling games on the app store.^[2] Don't Touch the Spikes,^[3] Jelly Jump,^[4] and The Tower are also some of the best-selling games on the app store. In April 2015, Ketchapp became a part of the best-selling game in the world. His games are used by Billions of users.
