Live at the London Troxy is a live album by New Order, recorded on 10 December 2011 at The Troxy in London. The concert was released in both a 2CD set and a 320kbps MP3 download. Priced at £10.99, the download was made available on the 21 December 2011, while the 2CD set, priced at £17.99 shipped the first week of January.[1].
This release, the first since the band decided to reunite with its new lineup featuring keyboardist Gillian Gilbert, but not bassist Peter Hook [2], features the entire performance from the show, which sold out within 5 minutes when it was announced [3]. New Order performed a 90 minute set, featuring songs spanning 25 years of hits and classic songs, alongside previously unheard live songs (‘586’), and culminating with a rendition of Joy Division's ‘Love Will Tear Us Apart’.
