The Louisiana Boardwalk is a shopping center combining retail shopping, restaurants, and entertainment.

Tenants at the 550,000 square foot (51,000 m²) complex, which opened in May 2005, include Regal Cinemas, Bass Pro Shops, Chico's, Hooters, Buffalo Wild Wings, Old Farmer's Almanac, Build-a-Bear Workshop, a bowling alley, and a nightclub. In addition, there are outlet stores owned by Nike, Adidas, and Haggar.

In addition, Cumulus Media has chosen a nearby office building for the studios of the four radio stations it owns in the Ark-La-Tex market.
