Henry Bulstrode (1579 - January 1632) was an English politician who sat in the House of Commons in 1614 and 1625.

Bulstrode was the son of Edward Bulstrode of Buckinghamshire. He matriculated at University College, Oxford on 15 December 1592, aged 13. In 1595 he was a student of the Inner Temple and was of Hedgerley, Buckinghamshire. In 1614, he was elected Member of Parliament for Helston. He was elected MP for Buckinghamshire in 1625.[1]

Bulstrode died in January 1632 at the age of 52. It has however been claimed that he was governor of Aylesbury for parliament in 1643 when he was about 60 years of age.[1]
