Cucumber salad - salad with cucumbers, grated or sliced and salted, sometimes with the addition of onions. Most often occurs with the addition of cream, but there are also versions without cream (eg. Oil) and pepper or lemon juice and sugar. To misery are also sometimes added: dill, chives, mint or parsley.
