Dr. Muhammad Al-Massari is a well-known scholar and exiled Saudi dissident now based in the UK. He runs the CDLR (Committee for the Defence of Legitimate Rights (in Saudia Arabia)) and is an advisor to the Islamic Human Rights Commission.

It is believed that he is responsible for the Jihad rap video Dirty Kuffar
