The Muslim Students Federation (M.S. F.) is the student wing of Indian Union Muslim League party in India.[1] The organisation succeeded All-India Muslim Students Federation, the student arm of All-India Muslim League, in India in 1948.

Muslim Students Federation is principally active in Indian university and college campuses. T. P. Asharafali and S. H. Muhammed Arshad currently serves as the National President and National General Secretary of the Muslim Students Federation.[2] [3]

Muslim Students Federation is the largest Muslim students organisation in Kerala.[4] Indian Union Muslim League leaders C. H. Mohammed Koya, Minister of Education in various Kerala Governments and E. Ahamed, Union Minister of State, Ministry of External Affairs, were associated with the Muslim Students Federation.[5][6]

Vision

The Muslim Students Federation upholds the vision of Late Qaide Millath M. Muhammad Ismail Sahib who master-minded the political movement of the minorities of India for their honorable existences. Muslim Students Federation prepares the students to carry on the mission of making a vibrant community participate in the nation-building activities. It gives paramount importance to education as a way of liberation and also as a solution to social deprivations and evils. Muslim Students Federation emphasizes the need for communal amity and secular solidarity to save guard the rich composite culture of our great nation and also thrives to attain competency and excellence in all the spheres of national life. Muslim Students Federation envisages programs of action to uplift the community from social and educational backwardness. The MSF has strong presence and networks in States of Kerala, Tamil Nadu,[7] Karnataka, Assam, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Punjab, West Bengal, Bihar and Union Territory of Delhi and Puducherry.

  • CAA Protest Rally

Muslim Students Federation conducted a Citizenship Amendment Act protests 23 December 2019 in Kozhikode Beach to Muthalakkulam, Thousands of students belonging to the Muslim Students Federation (MSF) took part in a rally titled Desh Hamara[8][9] here 23 December 2019. The students marched chanting slogans against Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and holding placards. Earlier, inaugurating the valedictory meeting of the state conference of the MSF at Kozhikode Beach, IUML national general secretary P. K. Kunhalikutty
