Primary school contradicts higher education

That all kinds of educational institutions are listed in this article contradicts the definion that academic institution is an educational institution dedicated to higher education and research, which grants academic degrees. --Dan Polansky (talk) 12:31, 29 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]
