Unsourced material

The following is unsourced information:

• Dilys Laye took over the role of Flo Castle at very short notice after the first choice, Joan Sims, was taken ill.
• The S.S. Happy Wanderer was a life size mock-up, complete with all the features of a real cruise ship.
• The role of Wilfred Haines was originally intended for Charles Hawtrey, but was re-written for Lance Percival after Hawtrey quit in a dispute with the producer over billing.

While this is interesting, we can't use it unless you provide a source. Also, none of this is really trivia, as trivia by its definition is "unimportant information" - it therefore shouldn't be in a trivia section but instead the information should be incorporated into the main article. - Tbsdy lives (talk) 14:39, 19 September 2008 (UTC)

Haynes Technique

I have never heard of the "Haynes Technique" in data-processing... despite working in that field. Also, searching on Google doesn't really come up with much... most of the results are mirrors of the WP page. It's a lovely idea, but without any hard evidence that the phrase is actually used in this way it shouldn't really be in Wikipedia.

I have added a citation-needed tag.

According to IMDB, P&O's liner "Oronsay", in stock footage, was used to depict the "Happy Wanderer". Should this be mentioned in the article? Elsquared (talk) 08:45, 24 January 2015 (UTC)
