It seems like his professional history is written in reverse order. It'd be helpful to rewrite it chronologically. Yes, and it seems like merely attending but not graduating from a master's program in journalism would hardly equip him to be considered an expert on foreign policy since he has no military experience other than talking on TV about what soldiers ought to do somewhere.
