PROD concern stated "No evidence of independent coverage, likely not notable". The subject "was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2015", the very example given for criterion 3 of WP:NACADEMIC: "The person is or has been an elected member of a highly selective and prestigious scholarly society or association (e.g., a National Academy of Sciences or the Royal Society) or a fellow of a major scholarly society which reserves fellow status as a highly selective honor (e.g., Fellow of the IEEE)."
