because some editors surf Wikipedia deliberately deleting articles they consider unfavorable to Israel, falsely using WP policies such as "original research" or "non-notability" (meaning, since we don't want people to hear about it, it's "non-notable");
because there are too many fanatics who censor articles they deem too critical of Israel or Zionism;
because editors who lack basic writing skills make inappropriate deletions or changes;
because editors with a political agenda add weasel words or delete sentences to support their POV (I am reminded of a fellow called Shuki who repeatedly vandalized my articles by deleting categories from the bottom of the page,e.g., Menachem Froman (go figure why being more inclusive in categories upsets other editors to the point of vandalism);
because fighting with all the abovementioned editors is a total waste of my precious time;
because it's sad and frustrating that attempts to improve poorly-written, poorly-sourced, biased, and inaccurate articles in Wikipedia tend to deteriorate into protracted battles that waste everybody's time;
and because this place lacks civility and too many editors enjoy destroying other editors' serious work or forcing their own opinions down people's throats.

My interests are diverse, and include law, civil rights, public relations, conflict resolution, music, aviation, journalism, and the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. As a member of the New York Bar and the Israeli Bar, I have written legal briefs and argued cases before Israeli and American courts. I have published articles on a variety of subjects. Instead of wasting time fighting inexperienced editors with an unbelievably narrow mindset, I will return to writing, and publishing under my real name in more respectable venues. I recommend the same to all openminded editors who do not want to find themselves sucked into a quagmire of endless edit wars with immature or biased editors. Perhaps I will return one day to writing in Wikipedia, after some of the fundamental flaws will have been addressed. And to all the fairminded editors, keep up the good work!
