In the case of the Schoenberg template, the reason there isn't a link to the page on the op.23 is that that page doesn't yet exist. See here List_of_compositions_by_Arnold_Schoenberg#Keyboard for which pieces have a page and which don't yet. Perhaps you would like to start one?
