Orphaned non-free media (Image:Australian50centcoin1970 from commons.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Australian50centcoin1970 from commons.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 14:14, 9 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Congratulations

I think you would be delighted to see that the article you started, Russia-United Kingdom relations, looks really good now. M.V.E.i. 21:34, 12 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I have proded 'Modern Rationalism', as it has been pretty much orphaned and ignored since it was started, and I don't think that the concept is used in this way or useful anymore. If you think I am wrong about this, do leave a message on the articles talk page and remove the prod. Anarchia 04:46, 22 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Russia-United Kingdom relations

The hardest thing is to start an article. The start version usually serves as a base for the rest of the evolution course of the article. Your start version was exellent, so it was really easy to take it up in the evolution course. P.S. It will look really good if you create a section of articles you started on your user page. US states by date of statehood

Hello, please allow me to congratulate you on your image here. I realize that the creation of a ".gif" is perhaps no rocket science, but personally I was just fascinated, if only by the amount of time you must have invested in it. A truly clarifying graphic to boot. As a member of the community I would like to simply say "Thank you!". Flex Flint 00:10, 16 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Disputed fair use rationale for Image:City of Blacktown coat of arms.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:City of Blacktown coat of arms.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot 02:41, 26 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for uploading or contributing to Image:Fatelords logo computer game.gif. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is not a suitable explanation or rationale as to why each specific use in Wikipedia constitutes fair use. Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale.

If you have uploaded other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on those pages too. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free media lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you. PxMa 00:54, 28 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Roman map

Hi Astrokey,

I recently came across this map of yours (Roman Empire). I was wondering if there was anyway to modify it so that we could add BCE or CE to the dates. I ask this with the intention of nominating it (or you could) at FPC. Let me know what you think. Thanks! --Malachirality (talk) 00:13, 17 November 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hey. Great job on the Survivor locations map! I was wondering if you could add season 16 to where 10 is, as it is occuring in the same location. Jordan (talk) 23:44, 12 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
