Tagging of David Ochildiyev

I recently removed a speedy delete tag that you had placed on David Ochildiyev. I do not think that David Ochildiyev fits any of the speedy deletion criteria because "He has published over 200 scientific works" is a Claim of significance. I request that you consider not re-tagging David Ochildiyev for speedy deletion without discussing the matter on the appropriate talk page. Proposed deletion of Roger Connah

You suggested its removal due to the lack of references. I have now added two references and will add a few more in the next day. Connah is an important living critic and pedagogue, and in my opinion it would be a shame not to have him included in Wikipedia.
