Hi there! Thanks for your interest in this project, but I have reverted your edits to the project page because the project is currently inactive. However, if you are truly interested in this topic, please check out WP:RUSSIA, into which the old project was merged. Hi. I've noticed you've edited the interlanguage links for Internet in many language versions of Wikipedia, switching rm and ro as well as ug and uk. Please note that every Wikipedia can decide itself, in which way they order those links, and that most projects use the language code to determine the sort order, so your changes are incorrect in all those projects (they've been reverted in some, e.g. bs and de, the latter one by me). Note that many bots put those links into the right order every time they edit anyway, so usually no manual corrections should be necessary. Besides, it appears that you've left the interwiki link to each Wikipedia itself in most or all of these edits. If you put a link like [[en:Internet]] into Internet in en.wp, the markup [[en:Internet]] gets visible at the end of the article, so it's a mistake to put these selflinks. Please respect those facts for the future, thank you. Have a nice day. --YMS (talk) 17:24, 18 May 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Notification: changes to "Mark my edits as minor by default" preference

[edit]

Hello there. This is an automated message to tell you about the gradual phasing out of the preference entitled "Mark all edits minor by default", which you currently have (or very recently had) enabled.

On 13 March 2011, this preference was hidden from the user preferences screen as part of efforts to prevent its accidental misuse (consensus discussion). This had the effect of locking users in to their existing preference, which, in your case, was true. To complete the process, your preference will automatically be changed to false in the next few days. This does not require any intervention on your part and you will still be able to manually mark your edits as being 'minor'. The only thing that's changed is that you will no longer have them marked as minor by default.

For established users such as yourself there is a workaround available involving custom JavaScript. If you are familiar with the contents of WP:MINOR, and believe that it is still beneficial to the encyclopedia to have all your edits marked as such by default, then this discussion will give you the details you need to continue with this functionality indefinitely. If you have any problems, feel free to drop me a note.

Thank you for your understanding and happy editing :) Editing on behalf of User:Jarry1250, LivingBot (talk) 19:48, 14 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]

I was going through your user page. You know so many languages! And you have keen interest on many India related topics. You should definitely sit more, the encyclopedia would greatly benefit.--Dwaipayan (talk) 02:54, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Did you look at my India reading list? And I would like to contribute more but I'm dealing with a lot of personal problems at the moment. I have to admit, I also prefer Uncyclopedia over Wikipedia. And if you go on that site, look up the articles on Boris Yeltsin and Bangladesh to see examples of my humor writing. InMooseWeTrust (talk) 03:15, 23 May 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited List of Bilderberg meetings, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages Galicia and Lombardi (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 12:03, 8 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment.
