Ronald Rotunda

Ronald D. Rotunda is a professor of law at George Mason University School of Law, and formerly the Albert E. Jenner, Jr. Professor of Law at the University of Illinois College of Law. He is also a senior fellow at the Cato Institute in Washington, D.C. Professor Rotunda graduated from Harvard Law School.

Professor Rotunda served as an advisor to Ken Starr during Starr's tenure as special prosecutor during the Clinton Administration.
