His deep Norfolk accent has often been the subject of light-hearted criticism from other football fans but he is popular among other football fans in Norwich. He also has a show weekdays 9.00 am - 12.00pm on BBC radio Norfolk. On Saturdays he has a show called "Radio Norfolk" at the same time in which he plays country music.
