This statue of John Henry (The Steel-drivin' Man of song and legend) stands alongside State Highway 12 south of the town of Talcott, in Summers County, WV, USA. The statue is placed above the Big Bend tunnel on the C&O railroad where many believe the Man vs. Machine competition originally took place.
