Pleasant Hill is a census-designated place (CDP) in Polk County, Texas, United States. This was a new CDP for the 2010 census, with a population of 522.[1]

Geography[edit]

Pleasant Hill is located at 31°0′12″N 94°47′37″W / 31.00333°N 94.79361°W / 31.00333; -94.79361 (31.003253, -94.793584). The CDP has a total area of 2.7 square miles (7.0 km2), of which 2.6 square miles (6.7 km2) is land and 0.1 square miles (0.26 km2) is water.[2]

Education[edit]

Pleasant Hill is in the Corrigan-Camden Independent School District,[16] which operates Corrigan-Camden High School.

The Texas Legislature designated Polk County as being within the boundary of Angelina College's district.[17]
