Reception
[edit]According to Yosha: Od ani holeh" is the older brother to the film Shalom, and shows the youngsters from the earlier film looking back when they're a generation older and pondering over the social and political state in which they live. A digitally restored version of the film was released on DVD and Blu-ray by The Criterion Collection in February 2011. The film includes new video interviews with Kore-eda and Yamazaki, and a documentary about the making of the film, as well as featuring on-set footage.[2]
