The name pudgebyrd722 comes from two current Texas Rangers baseball players, Ivan Rodriguez and Marlon Byrd. 'pudge' comes from Ivan "Pudge" Rodriguez, and 'byrd' comes from Marlon Byrd. 7 is Rodriguez's jersey number, and 22 is Byrd's. pudgebyrd722 is also the same name of the user's account on TV.com. pudgebyrd722's first blog came on September 14, 2009 that started the chain of the user's blog formats, in which news updates are posted every Monday. Each blog usually contains a little of what is going on in the user's personal life, a question or two of the week, and his weekly Tv.com statistics. The end of the streak brought upon one of his many hiatuses in his career. His next blog came on July 11.[1] He went on his longest hiatus when his last reported blog came on July 22[2] and next was posted on March 26 of the next year.

The Untitled Journals

pudgebyrd722's next blog series started on April 3, 2011. He titled it The Untitled Journals. The first post was just titled #1, but he gave each of his next ones names. He started offering readers a "Question of the Blog" in his third edition of the series on July 26.[3] He started providing a "Quote of the Blog" in his fourteenth edition on December 20.[4]
