The 2009 Bowling Green Falcons baseball team represents Bowling Green State University in the 2009 NCAA Division I baseball season. The 2009 team will be the 91st team (88th varsity team) fielded at Bowling Green and will be coached by Danny Schmitz in his 19th season as Bowling Green's manager. The team will play their home games at Warren E. Steller Field on the Bowling Green campus in Bowling Green, Ohio .
The Falcons look to improve on a productive 2008 campaign which saw Bowling Green rally late in the season to grab a share of the MAC East Division and Regular Season Conference titles.
