Net Solutions is an IT company based in Chandigarh, India, providing [[outsourced software
development]] services for web, mobile and desktop platforms to startups, agencies and large
enterprises around the world. The company is primarily focused on [[outsourced product
development]] based on an offshore agile model with software product development, [[mobile
application development]], cloud computing, web development,e-commerce, [[m-
commerce]] and social commerce development, design, and new media development as the
key service areas.
Net Solutions utilizes emerging technologies (open source and proprietary) to deliver
technology-enabled solutions to its clients spread across North America, Europe, the Middle East
and Africa (EMEA) and Asia-Pacific (APAC) regions.

Founding Net Solutions[edit]
Net Solutions was founded in the year 2000 by Sameer
Jain,[1] a technology graduate from National Institute of Technology, Haryana, when he
decided to move out of his family business and create a portal, Seekindia.com, on the lines of yellow
pages for India.
Sameer Jain initiated Net Solutions more as a hobby than a serious business.
Offices and locations[edit]
In September 2013, Net Solutions moved operations to its fully-owned new space in Rajiv Gandhi
Chandigarh Technology Park (RGCTP), Chandigarh. The new office space has state-of-the-art
infrastructure with the ability to scale up to 1000 employees.
Awards and recognitions[edit]
Kentico Site of the Year 2012[edit]
The Run To The Beat website, developed by Net Solutions, won Kentico Site of the Year 2012
award in the Best Travel and Events Site category [2]. The website was built on ASP
and .NET-based Kentico CMS platform to promote London’s biggest and unique half-marathon
event – Run To The Beat, powered by Nike+.
Brandon Hall Excellence Award[edit]
In the year 2010, Cameo, a .NET-based web application developed by Net Solutions for Yukon
Group Inc., won the Brandon Hall Excellence in Learning Awards (Gold) category for Best Innovation
in Learning Technology [3].

CMMI Level 3[edit]
Net Solutions has achieved level 3 certification as part of the CMMI Institute's Capability Maturity
Model Integration (CMMI)[4] for its expertise in carrying out full-lifecycle development projects. Consultancy major
KPMG conducted the appraisal of Net Solutions’ processes for this purpose.
A ‘Top 100’ Mobile App Vendor[edit]
The SiliconIndia[5] Vendor Directory for Mobile Apps listed Net Solutions among India’s top 100
mobile app vendors for the year 2013. Nearly 2000 companies had been nominated for featuring on
the list.

In 2008, Net Solutions became Microsoft Gold Certified Partner for Gold Application

Amazon Web Services Consulting Partner[edit]
In 2012, Net Solutions became one of the first Amazon Web Services partners to be designated as a
Standard Consulting Partner[7]. AWS Standard Consulting Partner program by the Amazon Web Services team is
focused on identifying companies that help customers of all sizes design, architect, migrate, or build
new applications on AWS.
Kentico Certified Gold Partner[edit]
Net Solutions became a Kentico Certified Gold Partner on October 03, 2013, which qualified Net
Solutions to provide professional services using Kentico CMS and entitled them to sell Kentico CMS
licenses to their clients.[8] Net Solutions is now listed among the three companies that are Kentico Certified
Gold Partners in India.[9]

Front Rush[edit]
In 2012, Net Solutions built an athlete recruiting app for a U.S.-based startup, Front Rush, LLC. The
app, aimed at streamlining the recruiting process followed by various college and university coaches,
was built for multiple screens including Laptops, Desktops, Smartphones and Tablets.
Barclays Premier League[edit]
Net Solutions developed a Web and iPad application called Premier League TV (PLTV) for IMG
Worldwide in 2012. The app allowed exclusive Premier League members to access match schedules,
match highlights, and stream videos at the same time.
Euro Car Parts[edit]
Euro Car Parts (ECP) is the largest distributor of aftermarket automotive parts in the United
Kingdom. Net Solutions created a multi-channel e-commerce solution and a multi-website
content management solution for ECP to manage their disparate customer segments and product
catalogs spread across several websites, including e-commerce sites.
Velti[edit]
Net Solutions built an HTML5-based iPad magazine app for Velti, which made it possible for
Velti to showcase their work to clients and investors. Velti is a global mobile advertising and
mobile marketing company working closely with nearly 1900 brands and agencies worldwide to
deliver industry-leading mobile marketing solutions to consumers.
Radium One[edit]
Net Solutions developed an HTML5-based website for RadiumOne, a Silicon Valley startup.
RadiumOne provides online advertising analytics and intelligence solutions to global enterprises.
