From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I'm Adrian Grogan, I am a retired Civil Servant a degree in History and Geography. I have lived in Birmingham for all my life, within the parish of Yardley except for three years as an undergraduate in London. My main interests are local (Warwickshire, Worcestershire) history with an ecclesiastical emphsis. I am interested in Anglo Saxon history, church architecture, First World War graves/memorials (Western Front Association member).

When I started on Wikipedia I tended to embellish existing articles or stubs which is still generally the case with little bits of knowledge that I have about the location concerned. I still welcome any ammendments by more experienced users regarding formatting and referencing. I have for some years been interested in Warwickshire's history and have collected a small number of books on the subject.

  • Doomsday Book for Warwickshire
