Long term, the members of this project hope to produce a featured topic covering all major articles related to the club:

- All San Jose Earthquakes cup final appearances (2001 and 2003)
- San Jose Earthquakes All-Star players (Selected while with the club)
- San Jose Earthquakes Designated Players (Ljungberg, Nkufo, Fernandez, Montero, and future DPs)

| Top | Team and season articles, lists of San Jose Earthquakes players and seasons, current stadium |
| High | Former stadiums, owners, general managers, coaches, All-Stars (selected while with the club), designated players, Home-Grown Players, and cup final victories. |
| Mid | Current and former players, rivalries, rivalry cups, and cup final losses, Current broadcast personalities. |
| Low | NASL and "heritage" teams and their players, former broadcast personalities, supporters groups, and anything else. |
