Please refrain immediately from changing infoboxes as the settings your edit *do not work* and e. g. make the airport logos disappear. Best regards. 2001:A61:1273:A101:980F:236E:B04A:B122 (talk) 09:14, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Please refrain from any further changes to infobox templates as you did at several airport templates. Some of the settings you changed are non-functional, e. g. making all the airport logos dissappear as the "logo" row does *not* work in airport infoboxes. You therefore did considerable damage to several well-maintained articles. Also please refrain immediately from changing content without explanation and stating sources. Best regards. 82.135.81.142 (talk) 09:36, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Anonymous users from this IP address have been blocked from editing for a period of 3 hours for persistently making disruptive edits.
If you think there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.   —Smalljim  09:42, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
If this is a shared IP address and you are an uninvolved editor with a registered account, you may continue to edit by logging in.

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing.  —Smalljim  09:43, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]

In the circumstances, maybe Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Military history would be a good place to hold a discussion.  —Smalljim  09:49, 7 April 2024 (UTC)[reply]
