Welcome!

[edit]

Hello, and welcome! I noticed your your contributions and I wanted to say thanks.

It's just fine to continue editing without logging in, but I encourage you to create an account if you'd like to become a Wikipedian. Doing so is free, requires no personal information, and offers many benefits. If you edit without a username, your IP address (32.97.110.60) is used to identify you instead.

In any case, I hope you enjoy editing here! If you need help, check out Wikipedia:Questions. Again, welcome! --XLinkBot (talk) 21:09, 13 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hello! I'm a bot created by another Wikipedia editor. I wanted to let you know that I removed a link that you recently added to the page Sam Doyle here. I did this because http://www.facebook.com/SamDoyleArt is probably inappropriate for an encyclopedia.

We appreciate your help in making Wikipedia better for everyone. If I made a mistake, feel free to undo my edit. If you have any questions, you can ask at the Help desk.

Thank you! --XLinkBot (talk) 21:09, 13 December 2011 (UTC) If this is a shared IP address, and you didn't make the edit, please ignore this notice.[reply]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, one or more of the external links you added to the page The Megas (band) do not comply with our guidelines for external links and have been removed. Wikipedia is not a collection of links; nor should it be used as a platform for advertising or promotion, and doing so is contrary to the goals of this project. Because Wikipedia uses nofollow tags, external links do not alter search engine rankings. If you feel the link should be added to the article, please discuss it on the article's talk page before reinserting it. Please take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing constructively to this encyclopedia.
Your edit here to The Megas (band) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://www.facebook.com/themegas) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia.
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Thanks! --XLinkBot (talk) 16:52, 30 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, I'm Doniago. I wanted to let you know that I undid your recent edits to the Friday the 13th Part VIII: Jason Takes Manhattan plot summary because they added a significant amount of unneeded detail. Please avoid excessive detail and high word counts when editing plot summaries/synopses. You may read the plot summary edit guides to learn more about contributing constructively to plot summaries/synopses. There are also specific guidelines for films, musicals, television episodes, anime/manga, novels and non-fiction books. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. -- DonIago (talk) 19:06, 10 December 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Tony Miceli. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism. Thank you. Excessive plot summaries

[edit]

Hi, I notice that you have previously been contacted about avoiding excessively detailed plot summaries. I've noticed your recent edits at Beauty and the Beast (1991 film), for instance here and as submitted from IP 32.97.110.61. Though you seem to mean well, per WP:FILMPLOT the ideal length is 400-700 words. Your content is in the 830 range, which is far too long. Please do not resubmit this content without first bringing the summary to 100 words. It's nothing personal, thanks. And if you notice that your contributions have been reverted, please click "View history" at the top of the page to find out why. In this case you would have noticed my clear edit summary in this edit. Thanks. Cyphoidbomb (talk) 01:55, 30 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing, as you did at Rise of the Guardians. Your edits have been reverted or removed.

Do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive until the dispute is resolved through consensus. Continuing to edit disruptively may result in your being blocked from editing. You've been warned time and time again about your excessively long plot modifications. Stop. Lukeno94 (tell Luke off here) 20:03, 30 March 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute to Wikipedia, introducing inappropriate pages, such as Draft:Gerardo Ortiz, is not in accordance with our policies. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Under section G3 of the criteria for speedy deletion, the page has been nominated for deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines.
