Trump v US blog post

The difference between what you added to the Trump v. US case (here, is that is a personal opinion about the decision (as a Reaction to the case), which makes it a first party source for their opinion about the case. Because everyone is talking about this case, we need to have such opinions actually referenced through third-party sources (like Biden's remarks).
In what I have used on NetChoice, SCOTUSBlog is a news site run by court watchers, considered very reliable for covering the court. The article in specific use is one of their factual summaries of the case that does not venture into opinion about it, and thus is a third-party soruce for summarizing the justices' opinion on the case.
