WP:ANI Case Opened

[edit]

Hello. There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Administrators' noticeboard/Incidents regarding an issue with which you may have been involved. Thank you. CarringtonEnglish*chat* 19:32, 4 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

[edit]

Wikipedia is (rightfully) very suspicious of new editors who show up and start adding links to third party sites and has a tendency to remove their edits on sight on the presumption that they're spam. See WP:ADV for the reasoning. If you think that your links are legitimate, put a note on the article talk page asking that they be added to the article by an experienced editor. The {{edit request}} tag can be used for that purpose if you have a conflict of interest. Just copy that into a new section of the article's talk page and after it give an explanation of what you think should be added and why. Sign your request with four tildes.
