Request for Usurpation

[edit]

Hello, Lohengrin. A request has been made at Wikipedia:Changing username/Usurpations to usurp, or "take over", your username because you have not used it to edit, and another user would like to use it to edit. Wikipedia:Changing username/Usurpations says that any unused username may be usurped if the user is given seven days notice to object and does not do so.

If you have an email set in your preferences, you should be getting an email from a bureaucrat explaining how to consent or object to this process.

If you do not object to being renamed to a new username in order for another user to utilize the name you currently have, please log in and post a reply here saying so (you may also tell us what username you would like to be renamed to, or we will provide you with a generic one).

If you do nothing, the request will be filled after seven days, and your account will be moved to a generic username. You may request that it be moved to a new username of your choice at any time.

If you object to being renamed, please log in and make an edit. You may make an edit here saying "No," you may make an edit to blank this page, or any other edit you like; making any edit at all prevents your username from being usurped, because users with edits cannot have their usernames usurped.

Please note this does not prevent you from editing, or cause you to lose any data; all your preferences, watchlist, and other user settings will be transferred to a new username if your current one is usurped.

Thank you for your time. Celtic Emperor 00:48, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

This username does not meet the criteria for usurpation. Lohengrin, if you log in and find this message, do not worry, usurpation will not be performed on any usernames which have made edits. You do not have to do anything to stop the usurpation from taking place. --NickContact/Contribs 03:15, 4 June 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Image:Total-users-skype.JPG listed for deletion

[edit]

An image or media file that you uploaded or altered, Image:Total-users-skype.JPG, has been listed at Wikipedia:Images and media for deletion. Please see the discussion to see why this is (you may have to search for the title of the image to find its entry), if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. An editor has nominated one or more articles which you have created or worked on, for deletion. The nominated article is International response to Hurricane Katrina. We appreciate your contributions, but the nominator doesn't believe that the article satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in his/her nomination (see also Wikipedia:Notability and "What Wikipedia is not").

Your opinions on whether the article meets inclusion criteria and what should be done with the article are welcome; please participate in the discussion(s) by adding your comments to Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/International response to Hurricane Katrina (2nd nomination). Please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~).

You may also edit the article during the discussion to improve it but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion debate.

Please note: This is an automatic notification by a bot. I have nothing to do with this article or the deletion nomination, and can't do anything about it. --Erwin85Bot (talk) 01:11, 21 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
