x86-64 article

I am writing to inform you of a couple of problems with your edits in x86-64 article.
One of your edit summaries read: "Addes some detail to the summary to explain the subject better to the layman, so that they understand what x86-64 actually is, and how it relates to them." But your edits has only added incorrect, technical and auxiliary details, resulting only confusion. "Auxiliary" because they do not elaborate the existing contents; they are just additional details. Technical because the reader must still know about "instruction set" and other technical terms that you used. "Incorrect" ... well, because they are outright wrong. For instance:
- Personal computers do not use x86-64; CPUs do.
- The manufacturers that you mentioned also manufacture personal computers that do not sport an x86-compatible CPU at all. For example, tablet computers that run Windows RT are not x86-64 comptabile.
- And "most common"? Can I see your source please?
Last, after changing a couple of sentences in the lead, you removed the {{technical}} tag while there is still 30 pages of the article that might be technical. I think you shouldn't do that.
