Hi

[edit]

Hi Lairencha! I saw you are actively editing in Manipur related topics in wikipedia. If you know Meitei language and Meitei script, then I will like to invite you to Meitei language version of wikipedia, mni.wikipedia.org, which is currently having less number of active workers, unlike English wikipedia. At least some edits of yours will help much in the development of the Meitei wikipedia. If you are interested and have any queries, please ask me. :-) Thank you❤! Haoreima (talk) 17:23, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Hi Haoreima, great to hear from you and thank you for the invite. As much as I would love to, I speak Meiteilon but don't know the Meitei Mayek script. I definitely plan to learn it now; should have done long back in school. :-)
But yes, I am loving contributing to Manipuri related topics. You are a big inspiration and are doing a great job in building the Manipuri pages on Wikipedia. Lairencha (talk) 17:38, 2 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
Oh it's great! Though it's not mandatory at all, if you like, then you can add Template:User mni as {{User mni}} in your user page, which will help other wikipedians (including Meitei speaking people as well as others) to navigate easily to your user page. :-)

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
