Obama wikiproject

[edit]

Welcome to the project. I guess we have enough folks now to make it official. Feel free to be bold and bring more definition to it. I mostly care about coverage of Obama energy / climate change issues. -J JMesserly (talk) 23:43, 3 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello Hemlock Martinis. I notice that you are very much interested in topics related to the British Empire. I wish to nominate List of Governors of Bombay for FLC. Can you copyedit the prose of this list. Actually, there is hardly any prose since this is a List. Help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, KensplanetTC 11:41, 8 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Of course, I'd be happy to help you out! I did a surface glance just now and it looks like you've done a fantastic job on assembling the list. When I get a chance later tonight, I'll go through and give a more thorough inspection. Keep up the good work! --Hemlock Martinis (talk) 21:52, 9 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

History of the Han Dynasty

[edit]

Well, from my private sandbox, I recently created the History of the Han Dynasty and nominated it as a FAC, but it is taking a beating there since its "newness" apparently violates the criteria for stability. Other editors have suggested that it be peer-reviewed, so I put a history peer-review tag on its talk page. I was wondering, since you've enjoyed articles of mine in the past, if you would take a look and sort of "calm the waves", if you will.--Pericles of AthensTalk 12:02, 15 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, this is a message from an automated bot. A tag has been placed on Category:B-Class Lemony Snicket articles, by another Wikipedia user, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. The tag claims that it should be speedily deleted because Category:B-Class Lemony Snicket articles has been empty for at least four days, and its only content has been links to parent categories. (CSD C1).

To contest the tagging and request that administrators wait before possibly deleting Category:B-Class Lemony Snicket articles, please affix the template {{hangon}} to the page, and put a note on its talk page. If the article has already been deleted, see the advice and instructions at WP:WMD. Feel free to contact the bot operator if you have any questions about this or any problems with this bot, bearing in mind that this bot is only informing you of the nomination for speedy deletion; it does not perform any nominations or deletions itself. Thanks for signing up at Wikipedia:Peer review/volunteers and for your work doing reviews. It is now just over a year since the last peer review was archived with no repsonse after 14 (or more) days, something we all can be proud of. There is a new Peer review user box to track the backlog (peer reviews at least 4 days old with no substantial response), which can be found here. To include it on your user or talk page, please add {{Wikipedia:Peer review/PRbox}} . Thanks again, and keep up the good work, Ruhrfisch ><>°° 04:16, 25 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

According to User:NawlinWiki, this article appears to be have been semi-protected by you since 11 July 2008. Is this intentional? Seems a very long time for such a fundamental article. Crossposted to WP:AN as you don't seem very active at the moment. Exxolon (talk) 00:50, 14 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Book is on my watchlist and I continually reverted basic vandalism from it. About a year ago I got tired of doing so on such a regular basis. I have no objection to an un-protect, although these days I do not have the time to patrol it. --Hemlock Martinis (talk) 00:55, 16 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
