G'day!

[edit]

G'day there, Ohyeh, and welcome to Wikipedia! Good authors are always welcome on the project, and I hope you like the place and decide to stick around!

We've got a few pages you might find helpful, such as:

It's all best summed up here: write from a neutral point of view, play nice with others, and don't let the rules get you down.

If you have any questions or need any help, my talkpage is always open for business, or you can see Wikipedia:Newcomers help page. Here's a tip to start you off: if you type four tildes (~~~~) at the end of any messages you leave on talkpages (like this one) Wikipedia will automatically insert your name and the current date and time after your message. Cool, eh? Happy editing! fuddlemark (fuddle me!) 17:29, 22 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

"Goofs" in Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends season pages

[edit]

Hi there,

I've noticed you popping "goofs" in with the episode reviews in these season pages. While they've obviously been added with the best of intentions, they're not necessary and actually detract from the article as a whole. This is the view of myself and others, so you're welcome to put your views forward - I'd suggest you do this in the Talk pages attached to each individual page.

Since you seem like you're willing to help with pages relating to the TV series, I'd like to invite you to join the team working on Wikipedia:WikiProject Thomas. There, you'll be able to discuss contributions, and become a "Really Useful Wikipedian"! (if you'll excuse the slightly lame reference).

Best wishes,

Song lyrics

[edit]

Hi, sorry but I have had to mark the article What the World Will Never Take as a copyright violation. Unfortunately, the lyrics are copyrighted and so cannot be kept in an article. Marky1981 15:01, 6 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Re: George Shrinks

[edit]

Hi Ohyeh, only just saw the message you left on my talk page about the need for help on the aforementioned page. Unfortunately, I can't say I've heard of the show, and I doubt most of the Wikipedians I know on here would either. So sorry, but there's not really much I can do for you. :( Thehalford 02:11, 13 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Jays Pitcher

[edit]

Hey Hey Hey, just to let you know, the Jays pitcher on This Is Daniel Cook Playing Baseball was the Doc himself, Roy Halladay. Actually, the episode is available on his official website as well.

The Waltons

[edit]

I see your points, and have posted a reply on the Talk page for The Waltons. Vaoverland 14:53, 12 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have tried to do a major revision of The Waltons article. It probably needs some additional work, but take a look and see what you think. I am open to any additional suggestions for changes. You will see that I cut a lot of the superfluous material. Dbart 21:28, 20 September 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Honda Center

[edit]

Your recent contribution(s) to Wikipedia are very much appreciated. However, you did not provide references or sources for your information. Keeping Wikipedia accurate and verifiable is very important, and as you might be aware there is currently a drive to improve the quality of Wikipedia by encouraging editors to cite the sources they used when adding content. If sources are left unreferenced, it may count as original research, which is not allowed. Can you provide in the article specific references to any books, articles, websites or other reliable sources that will allow people to verify the content in the article? You can use a citation method listed at inline citations that best suits each article. Thanks! ccwaters 14:56, 20 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Staios & Horcoff

[edit]

Hello 'Ohyeah'. In the Oilers game highlights, Horcoff did indeed wear an 'A'. However, did you notice weither or not Staios was in the lineup? I belive Staios wasn't (he's listed as day-to-day). Staios (when in the line-up) has been wearing the 'A' in Moreau's absence. GoodDay 23:47, 27 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Re: Eaves

[edit]

It's currently correct (Eaves with a US flag). Eaves was born in Canada but is an American. -→Buchanan-Hermit/?! 02:40, 7 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Mighty Machines at the Demolition Site

[edit]

Hi. I see that you created Mighty Machines at the Demolition Site. Could you lpease categorize it? I know nothing of the subject and my first temptation was to delete most of the content (as it is for the most part unreferenced original research) and merge it to Mighty Machines. That might make the most sense since no other episodes seem to have their own article.Pascal.Tesson 22:38, 21 December 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Unsourced WP:OR. No indication of any notability
