Macedonia edit war

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Macedonia and Pirin Macedonia. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions in a content dispute within a 24 hour period. Additionally, users who perform a large number of reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring, even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Demographics of Albania

So, you don't know wher this people live. I will tell you: they live in the northern part of the country, around Shköder. See this: The remaining population was mostly of Slavic origin with some Gypsies (Roma). Map 5 shows the distribution of the ethnic minorities within Albania in 1918. The highest percentages were in the eastern districts bordering to nowadays Serbia (Kosovo) and Macedonia, where the Slavic minority lived. There were also Slavic minorities in the cities and in the region around Shkodra, where people of Montenegrin descent lived. Here's the problem: The two sections that follow clearly state that the FYROM side considers KM to have flip-flopped from the issue; while the Bulgarian side claims that his writings are consistent with only one opinion.

What I wrote simply summarizes the rest of the article, as is typical in opening paragraphs. I have no objections to your wording, per se, but, if you feel that it is accurate, then you should update the two sections below to be consistent with it (providing references, of course). За "Таjните на Македониjа". Това не е сериозен библиотечен, научен или архивен сайт. Става дума за елементарно изработена патриотична пропаганда. Конкретните предполагаеми думи на Делчев са изписани без посочване на сериозен източник - архив или научна публикация. Macedonian hip hop

Why do you keep moving Macedonian hip hop to Hip hop of the Republic of Macedonia? The article does not limit hip hop music music to the Republic of Macedonia. "Macedonian" refers to the Macedonian language not the Republic of Macedonia. For example: German rap does not limit hip hop to Germany, which is why it is not called Hip hop of Germany. How would you identify German hip hop artists in countries other than Germany? If you can not provide a legitimate reason for moving the page, then don't move it or you will be reported for violation of WP:NPOV. Frightner 18:12, 22 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

"Macedonia" needs a disambiguation, so does Macedonian, thats why. What is your problem with "Republic of Macedonia"? Reverts at WP:AN/3RR

Disrupting WP:AN/3RR with multiple reverts is a nuisance. If you have a problem with someone's assessment of the situation, don't repeatedly revert them, ask them to stop and if they don't, consider reporting them to WP:ANI. Would you be kind to tell me why do you think that the following is POW, and not facts?

It published the first book in a modern Macedonian literary language (Za Makedonskite Raboti - On Macedonian Matters) in 1903. In 1905 it published Vardar, the first scholarly, scientific and literary journal in that language, while in 1913 it produced the first map of Macedonia.

The whole dispute over the 3RR page was unfortunate. I saw your post on one of the other users' talkpages and I see now I misinterpreted that edit as vandalism. What is really a shame is that if others had not interfered we probably would have resolved the whole issue within minutes. Removing licensing information from image description pages

There is undisputable tradition of the name "Pirin Macedonia" among Bulgarians, see for example Ivan Mihailov's "Memoirs", volume 4, chapter 4, named "The situation in Pirin Macedonia". I'd like to ask that you don't do this for a few days. Certainly feel free to edit articles, including changing things that anyone has changed that you think you can improve, including Frightner, but please don't automatically revert constructive edits he made. It is true that technically Wikipedia:Banning policy#Enforcement by reverting edits says that you can, but I'd like to ask that you not. You see, the first policy of the encyclopedia, is If a rule prevents you from working with others to improve or maintain Wikipedia, ignore it. For several days now, Frightner has been doing that, working with others to improve or maintain, making constructive contributions and discussion, sometimes in the face of rather heated edits, and I'd like to ask that he be given more credit for that. He's "banned", not by arbcom decision or by the community, or by the dispute resolution process, but because he was blocked by an administrator, and no other administrator has unblocked yet. He did do some nasty stuff as the reason for that indefinite block, so I'd personally like to see a few more days of reasonably peaceful discussion and constructive edits before unblocking as a sign of good faith, but as a sign of partial good faith, I'd like to give him the chance to make those edits without having them reverted just on principle. If he starts making personal attacks or vandalizing, certainly drop a note on my talk page, and we can go back to reversion on principle, but let's give him a chance. OK?
