According to MOS:DABRL guidelines, the article should be created, first, since Special:WhatLinksHere/Scudocamper is empty, or linked to an article that tells about the subject. It's also better to instead post on the article's talk page, Talk:Camper in this case, if the information you are adding has something to do with you. If you want an article on this, I suggest you look at Wikipedia:Requested articles or Wikipedia:Articles for creation. It is harder to get an article about yourself than most other articles.
