Plumbogummite

[edit]

Good work. Very good work.

I've done some polishing of it, but this is exactly the sort of article we need. Keep at it. DS (talk) 13:11, 18 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Tsumeb minerals

[edit]

Please stop adding this category to minerals articles. Per WP:CAT, only essential ones should be added. Imagine every location adds it category to an article .. Materialscientist (talk) 10:32, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you. Sorry for a harsh note (emergency stop), you mineral work is much appreciated. Materialscientist (talk) 10:50, 11 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Categories and interwikis on user pages

[edit]

I removed some cats and interwikis from your user pages by adding a single colon inside the first set of brackets. I was going to do the rest, but only some of yours show up in the categories. Would you please take a few minutes to fix this? Your user pages should not be categorized in the article categories, only the article itself should be there. They should also not have interwiki links until the article is moved into main space. --Kleopatra (talk) 22:53, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Great articles, by the way. --Kleopatra (talk) 22:54, 24 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. When you recently edited Todorokite, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Polarization (check to confirm | fix with Dab solver). Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Good work

[edit]

Good work on your upgrade of alstonite. I've fixed a bit, note that Type specimen (mineralogy) is a new article to use - type material linked to biology stuff. Also, note that per WP:MOS#Punctuation and footnotes punctuation comes before ref tags. Thanks, Vsmith (talk) 13:20, 27 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Well I would have to disagree. The article looks fine and does not duplicate content on the epitaxy article. I would support the creation of epitaxy (mineralogy) with the addition of a dab not to the epitaxy article at the top. If someone wants to merge the two later, well fine - that can be discussed later. Vsmith (talk) 00:53, 19 August 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Rhyodacite

[edit]

Your recent addition to rhyodacite contained a reference: mrdata.usgs.gov/geology. The reference link was incomplete and the USGS page indicated has nothing about rhyodacite. I've removed the reference as not supporting the content. Could you check and add a reference that supports your edit? Thanks, Vsmith (talk) 11:55, 21 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
