Hello, Prajwal Mudiyappa, and welcome to Wikipedia! Thank you for your contributions. I hope you like the place and decide to stay. Unfortunately, one or more of your recent edits to the page Filmfare Special Award – South has not conformed to Wikipedia's verifiability policy, and has been or will be removed. Wikipedia articles should refer only to facts and interpretations that have been stated in print or on reputable websites or in other media. Always remember to provide a reliable source for quotations and for any material that is likely to be challenged, or it may be removed. Wikipedia also has a related policy against including original research in articles. Additionally, all new biographies of living people must contain at least one reliable source.

If you are stuck and looking for help, please see the guide for citing sources or come to the new contributors' help page, where experienced Wikipedians can answer any queries you have! Here are a few other good links for newcomers:

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Karnataka State Film Award for Best Film, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Producer. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

Hi there, I've reverted the recent changes you made at Rajkumar (actor). Though you obviously meant well, and you contribution is appreciated, it's beyond the scope of a biographical article to include dozens of biographies written about the subject. We should be focused on the subject, not on information tangential to the subject. We're also not here to sell books. Maybe a few examples (3? 4?) would be appropriate for a Further reading section, but I already see a few examples in the article. Thanks, Cyphoidbomb (talk) 21:43, 15 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]

I see that you've already been warned once about improper image use. Please stop restoring non-free (copyrighted) images from list articles; Wikipedia policy (WP:NFCC) and guidelines (WP:NFC) prohibit their use in that context. Simply because an image under copyright may be used in one article does not mean it may be used in another. Continuing to do so would be seen both as WP:3RR and disruptive editing, and could lead to suspension of your editing privileges. The Big Bad Wolfowitz (aka Hullaballoo). Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. This is a notice to inform you that a tag has been placed on Rajyotsava Awards (2012) requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A1 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a very short article providing little or no context to the reader. Please see Wikipedia:Stub for our minimum information standards for short articles. Also please note that articles must be on notable subjects and should provide references to reliable sources that verify their content.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator, or if you have already done so, you can place a request here. Comatmebro (talk) 17:57, 17 June 2017 (UTC)[reply]

The article Rajyotsava Awards (2002) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

No content, an empty list.

While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Information icon Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. It appears that you copied or moved text from National Film Awards into List of Chairpersons of Jury of National Film Awards. While you are welcome to re-use Wikipedia's content, here or elsewhere, Wikipedia's licensing does require that you provide attribution to the original contributor(s). When copying within Wikipedia, this is supplied at minimum in an edit summary at the page into which you've copied content, disclosing the copying and linking to the copied page, e.g., copied content from [[page name]]; see that page's history for attribution. It is good practice, especially if copying is extensive, to also place a properly formatted {{copied}} template on the talk pages of the source and destination. The attribution has been provided for this situation, but if you have copied material between pages before, even if it was a long time ago, please provide attribution for that duplication. You can read more about the procedure and the reasons at Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia. Thank you. An article you recently created, List of leaders of the opposition in Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly, is not suitable as written to remain published. It would appear that you published it prematurely. I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. Hello, Prajwal Mudiyappa. It has been over six months since you last edited the Articles for Creation submission or draft page you started, "List of leaders of the opposition in Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly".

In accordance with our policy that Wikipedia is not for the indefinite hosting of material deemed unsuitable for the encyclopedia mainspace, the draft has been nominated for deletion. If you plan on working on it further, or editing it to address the issues raised if it was declined, simply edit the submission and remove the {{db-afc}}, {{db-draft}}, or {{db-g13}} code.

If your submission has already been deleted by the time you get there, and you wish to retrieve it, you can request its undeletion by following the instructions at this link. An administrator will, in most cases, restore the submission so you can continue to work on it.
