Image copyright problem with Image:Tantei_Gakuen_Q_1.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Tantei_Gakuen_Q_1.jpg. However, the image may soon be deleted unless we can determine the copyright holder and copyright status. The Wikimedia Foundation is very careful about the images included in Wikipedia because of copyright law (see Wikipedia's Copyright policy).

The copyright holder is usually the creator, the creator's employer, or the last person who was transferred ownership rights. Copyright information on images is signified using copyright templates. The three basic license types on Wikipedia are open content, public domain, and fair use. re: Image:Ouran ep11.jpg, Remember to select "TV screenshot" for licensing when uploading screen shots, or you can just insert the text {{tv-screenshot}}, which will do the same thing. Also, all fair use images, such as screen shots, require a fair use argument statement to be made. See Wikipedia:Image_description_page#Fair_use_rationale, and Image:Kamisama Kazoku ep04.jpg as an example. You also might want to make the images of a smaller size, since using a "low res" version is apart of the fair use requirement. A range of 375x280 to 125x94 is recommended. For more info, you might want to check out Template talk:Japanese episode list. Doing these things will protect Wikipedia in a legal sense, and will also protect the images you upload from being deleted for not having the correct information on it. The developer team at Wikimedia is making some changes to how accounts work, as part of our on-going efforts to provide new and better tools for our users like cross-wiki notifications. These changes will mean you have the same account name everywhere. This will let us give you new features that will help you edit and discuss better, and allow more flexible user permissions for tools. To make sure that both of you can use all Wikimedia projects in future, we have reserved the name Ruka~enwiki that only you will have. If you like it, you don't have to do anything.
