This editnotice uses {{editnotice subpages}} to load the group editnotice for its existing subpages, specified in the first parameter. For example, editing Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Next issue/Essay will summon Template:Editnotices/Group/Wikipedia:Wikipedia Signpost/Next issue.
