And the Green Party nominee? THE ONE ON THE BALLOT?!

[edit]

Yet another rah-rah article created with total disregard for the actual legal election, and the actual, legal candidate list. I'll fix it, but I'm really disappointed this is what passes for creating a useful and helpful article in an encyclopedia. You might want to look up the word to find out what it means, as you seem to have in confused with a freebie campaign brochure hosting service. I'm sick and tired of this total contempt for voters. Not including Green was unintentional and out of ignorance. I don't see how it's a "freebie campaign brochure hosting service," since it includes encyclopedic and neutral information on the race. BS24 (talk) 13:25, 12 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah. Right. I'm sure it's simply coincidence I've been finding the exact same issues with innumerable other articles on elections and Republican candidates. No one but me knows the Secretary of State provides information on candidates? Really? That's a lot of ignorance out there - funny how it seems centered on those supporting the GOP. Somehow you guy are always 'ignorant' of any material not supporting your candidates. You may want to look up the word 'partisan' while you're at it, as you seem to have that confused with 'encyclopedic and neutral information'. They're not the same, although I doubt that comes as news to you. Flatterworld (talk) 14:35, 18 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Wikipedia is an encyclopedia, not some sort of service to voters. Wikipedia generates content based on reliable sources. Reliable sources hardly mention third party candidates; thus, third party candidates receive hardly any mention in the article. I have no problem whatsoever with including Davis. Unless you have more specific problems with this article, this argument is finished. BS24 (talk) 17:16, 18 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The second and fifth archived URLs DO NOT WORK. The other three do. --1990'sguy (talk) 21:19, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Green Party in infobox

[edit]

I will remove the Green Party from the infobox because it did not receive 5% of the vote or higher in the election. --1990'sguy (talk) 21:21, 8 June 2016 (UTC)[reply]
