Too many subheaders

[edit]

Mélencron, MOS:LAYOUT calls for fewer sections whenever possible. Some of those are empty. I get why you think we need them in the future based on your edit summary, but we can add them in the future if we need them and declutter the page now by not having unnecessary subsections. – Muboshgu (talk) 18:03, 21 February 2019 (UTC)[reply]

District 5

[edit]

Aren't they 2 elections happening there. The regular & the special? We need another infobox. GoodDay (talk) 16:23, 30 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Additional information in infoboxes

[edit]

@TheUnderdog121: I've responded via my reverting edit and to your talk page, but I don't understand the need for titles, residence, and swing, especially when no other election page does this. You reverted me because this election page was "distinct due to not having a map switcher", but you could have just copied a part of the infobox for the 8th district and replace with the other district's images, so that does not really justify having the information in the first place either. Copying what I said on your user talk page, "MOS:FONTSIZE states that "reduced or enlarged font sizes should be used sparingly" and that you should avoid using it "within page elements that already use a smaller font size, such as most text within infoboxes", as well as to "not use it for stylistic changes". reppoptalk 23:45, 29 December 2023 (UTC)[reply]
