Disfarmer is considered a major talent among photographers despite his relative obscurity and eccentricities. In any event, this article should be rewritten with a more objective tone. Would it be ok to upload some photos?

I have several Disfarmer photos of my family that I would love to use to contribute to the article. I'm not sure how the copyright laws work, considering he died in 1979 but the photos I have were taken in the mid-20s, so if somebody could give me a yea or a nay on rather it'd be "fair use rationale" or whatever. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 4.252.240.165 (talk) 19:37, 20 August 2008 (UTC)[reply]

You either want people to be able to access what you write or you don't.
