Article name seems wrong

[edit]

Shouldn't the article be renamed Miguel Juárez Celman? All the history books mention him with this full name, not just the two surnames. It is also the precedent of any other Argentine President I can think of. If there's no objection, it will be done in a few days. Please comment pro or con, if you care about this issue. -- Alexf(talk) 03:04, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps it is the influence of the "Juárez Celman" department of Córdoba, which is written that way. I support the move, articles on people should use both the name and surname, even when the surname alone clearly identifies him MBelgrano (talk) 03:14, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Agree w/move. Salut, --IANVS (talk) 03:16, 14 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
As the page is move protected (surely because it's a president) I have started the mechanism to deal with requesting the move of this page MBelgrano (talk) 21:50, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
No need for a request as I had done the process already by requesting comments here a few days ago. I was also the admin that had blocked blocki the move earlier. Page has been moved. -- Alexf(talk) 22:16, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Requested move

[edit]

Juárez CelmanMiguel Ángel Juárez Celman — See discussion above: Juarez Celman is just a composed last name, where there should a name and last name. Notice that the other wikipedias already use this proposed name. MBelgrano (talk) 21:48, 16 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]
