Geology

[edit]

There seems to be nothing about the geology of the area, particularly of the petroleum geology. That would seem to be relevant to a Petroleum Reserve. -- SEWilco (talk) 15:16, 9 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Proposed edits: Wiki Education assignment: Geographies of Energy and Sustainability

[edit]

Here is an overview of edits I plan to make:

- Add more to the ecological importance section because it feels short

- Add some citations for information that is not cited

- Add a new section titles "drilling controversy" to address the debates from local communitites about the harm of drilling as well as the economic importance. This will also introduce the Willow Project

- Add a sentence to the lead addressing my changes Editor Meg (talk) 20:47, 13 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
